Silent non-guided

 

Time slots dedicated to individual silent sitting meditation practice.

Max. 11 persons. First come basis.

No facilitator.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

MBSR
is a program designed to learn step by step different techniques meant to help us develop life long lsating attitudes to apprehend more fully life challenges that daily reality gives us the opportunity to face. Registration required and regular attendance expected. Business clothes are OK.

Guided meditation

THURSDAYS 12:45-13.30
Guided meditation
classes are opened to all, also without prior experience. The only condition is the readiness to stay still for prolonged periods.
Max. 10 persons. No registration, first come basis. Continuous classes, possibility to start at any point in time. With facilitator.

Mindful yoga

NO CLASSES CURRENTLY
[Mindful yoga
1 is for those new to the practice. Focus: basic postures (asanas) praticed in a meditative way in order to relax your body and mind. Mindful yoga 2 is designed for those having attended regularly mindful yoga 1. Focus (bandhas, mudhras and chakras).]

SET UP

All activities are free of charge. If you deem fit you can make a donation. It will be used to finance the equipment and the excess will be distributed to charity once a year.

Courses will take place in the meditation room CB 6.907.

An extra pair of socks is advisable for all classes.
